WOW.What a beautiful book filled with gorgeous paragraphs and dynamic sentences! The imagery is lush and sensitive and the characters are alive and vibrant.
The plot is simple - a woman kills her husband and is on the lamb, keeping two steps ahead of her brothers-in-law, looking for justice. Along the way, she finds adventures, resolution to her past, and truths that have waited for her to find them.
I could not put this tale down. Poetry, plot, and characterization all in one place!
